Im sure most of us have come across the name Kawasaki while discussing about motorbikes. Kawasaki heavy industries Ltd., have almost no equals who have set their foot in every sphere of the transport related industry & have been immensely successful. With a humble start in 1816 by Shozo Kawasaki in Tokyo, Japan, Kawasaki Heavy Industries., have left no stone unturned. Be it designing aeroplanes or building ships, or may be manufacturing industrial equipment or an energy plant, Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd., have done it all. And evidently, they dont seem to have left out power tools. Kawasaki Heavy Industries ltd., make jigsaws that support every aspect that it requires to cut, carve & chisel wood or any other material in the most perfect & intricate manner.
Kawasaki Heavy Industries., have launched only a limited number of 3 basic jigsaw models which can collectively be named as the 84 series. Kawasaki does not make cordless jigsaws, though they give us a choice between green & black jigsaws for every model unlike other brands.
These jigsaws are widely trusted & are one of the major options considered by one time investors in power tool arena. The structures off all jigsaws by Kawasaki are quite similar, with only slight modifications when compared to their predecessors. Each of these jigsaws comes with an assortment of 2 wood cutting blades coloured in red & 1 metal cutting blade that is coloured black. The blade holder (the narrow space where the blades are inserted) is characterized by 2 Allen screws on either side to hold the blade in place. They can accommodate almost all U shaped blades.
The vent present at the back of Kawasaki jigsaws come in handy when they need to be hooked on to an air vac. They are mainly used by amateurs & for minor household renovations since they do not exactly meet professional standards. Other than the above characteristic features, jigsaws from Kawasaki are no doubt durable & long-lasting with powerful motors & low vibrations giving every pattern a clean finish & an accurate look.
